Glenn Elliott, CPA, CFP is the senior partner of Elliott, Dozier and Helland, P.C. and has been the owner and managing partner of the
related CPA firm, Glenn Elliott and Associates, Inc., CPAs for the past thirty-five years. Glenn has over forty years of
public accounting experience and has had extensive experience in both audit and taxation. Prior to founding Glenn
Elliott and Associates, Glenn worked as an audit manager with PriceWaterhouseCoopers. Glenn has extensive experience in
working with a number of industries including manufacturing, construction, physicians, oil and gas and not-for-profits.

Rebecca Dozier, CPA is a partner of Elliott, Dozier and Helland, P.C., CPAs and has been employed by the related CPA
firm, Glenn Elliott and Associates, Inc., CPAs since 1994. Rebecca has twenty-five years of public accounting experience,
primarily in the area of taxation. Rebecca has extensive experience in preparing and reviewing various types of tax returns
including; corporations, subchapter S corporations, partnerships, individuals, estates and trusts and not-for-profits. Rebecca
has represented many clients before the IRS and has written many tax opinion letters. Rebecca has extensive experience in
working with a number of industries, including not-for-profit organizations such as churches and ministries, dentists and physicians, manufacturing,

Mark Helland, CPA is a partner of Elliott, Dozier and Helland, P.C., CPAs and has been employed by the related CPA firm,
Glenn Elliott and Associates, Inc., CPAs since 1994. Mark has fifteen years of public accounting experience in both audit
and taxation. Mark has managed numerous audit, review and compilation engagements for clients in a wide variety of industries
including construction contractors, manufacturing firms, service firms, governmental entities and not-for-profits, with particular
specialization in churches and ministries. This specialization has enabled him to manage audit engagements for several nationally
recognized churches and ministries as well as publishing many articles regarding churches and ministries on Rick Renner's "Impart
Magazine" and Tony Cooke Ministry's website. Education, Community Involvement, Additional Experience
